Buyers can click on the Seller’s name to view their full profile.
  • Buy Now: To purchase, the Buyer clicks “Buy Now” and proceeds with payment. The funds are held in the StrongBody AI intermediary wallet. Once the order is placed, notifications are sent to the Seller’s account and to both parties’ emails to ensure prompt processing.

Sending a Service Request to a Seller:

  • On the product information page, the Buyer sends a consultation request.
  • StrongBody AI opens the Biz Messenger (B-Messenger) window, allowing the Buyer to send the request along with the specific product.

Receiving and Processing Offers
