I. ABOUT THIS POSITION
As an Expert Partner of StrongBody AI, you will list and provide services and products aligned with your expertise and professional capacity as a U.S.-licensed Charge Nurse. These services and products will be delivered to clients via the StrongBody AI platform based on their specific needs.
All services must comply with legal regulations in various markets as well as StrongBody AI policies. The platform provides tools and solutions to help you reach global and local clients, allowing you to expand beyond your current geographical limitations while leveraging America’s leadership in nursing excellence, patient safety standards (e.g., Joint Commission), evidence-based care coordination, and hospital leadership.
You are not an employee of StrongBody AI. Your income comes directly from client payments for the services and products you provide.
In practice, you can provide online services such as: patient care coordination guidance, post-discharge education, nursing care plan reviews, and wellness monitoring support. Simultaneously, when appropriate, you may support patients at your hospital or clinic for direct care under physician oversight.
II. BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Charge Nurse experience and valid practicing license (multi-state compact preferred).
- Current certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN, or leadership training) reflecting rigorous U.S. nursing standards.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership, staff supervision, and patient care coordination in hospital or clinical settings, with strong familiarity in U.S. advancements such as evidence-based protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
