As the direct manager of your specialized Digital Shop, you will provide online services, consultations, health products, and wellness programs to a global customer base.
II. BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Expertise and experience in pharmacotherapy, advanced medication optimization, and direct patient-centered drug therapy management.
- Possess a spirit of cooperation, professional ethics, and customer orientation.
- Open to technology, willing to learn and operate a “Digital Clinic” (Digital Store).
- Good online communication skills, ready to build a personal brand towards the international market.
III. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Verified professional degree, preferably Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE-accredited U.S. institution.
- Licensed and registered as a Pharmacist in the United States, with authority for advanced clinical responsibilities.
- Completion of PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency training, fellowship, or substantial clinical experience in pharmacotherapy.
- Board Certification highly preferred (e.g., Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist – BCPS, or other BPS certifications such as BCCCP, BCOP, BCACP).
- Proven experience in comprehensive medication management, optimization of complex regimens, therapeutic drug monitoring, management of chronic and high-risk conditions (cardiology, diabetes, oncology, infectious diseases, critical care), adverse drug event prevention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
